Craft Bazaars

I’m sitting at a craft bazaar talking to people about my books, selling a few, and showing off some leatherwork. It’s a lot of fun getting out.

I worked on my Victorian fantasy a bit today too. The faeries showed up again. Just a quick interaction and off they flew. I’ve been reading an old book on Welsh Faeries and boy were they prolific. :-)

My health hasn’t been too bad. Have been in PT with a good therapist for my knee. I can now walk without a limp. Yay! That is helpingmy hip too. Now if I can just get my endurance up.

As to fencing, I am able to fence with my students. All classical. Yeah, no more historical if I have any choice in the matter. My class at the university is great. A wonderful stress reliever. And now that I can fence a little, is good exercise too.

Writing and more

Hard to believe what happened in Vegas. I just can't understand how someone could do that. Enough on that.

I've been writing. Working on my Victorian Fantasy. I've dropped working on the sword, dagger, and translation of Pre 18th century combat and swordplay. Too painful. But the Victorian topics are starting to fill the gap as well wild west.

I had a knee scope a bit over a month ago and am walking pretty normal for the first tie in years. Knee still aches at times but it is doing very well. The physical therapy at Core Balance has been a great help.

If anyone knows the best way to advertise books, let me know. lol. I need to get my books into more hands.

Cheers for now!

Oh my goodness!

Has it really been that long since I posted?

Yeah probably.

Yes, been really busy and the health has been problematic too. I have a number of books in the works. I have expanded Storm Over Nepal to novel size from novella. Another book in the same timeline as Storm is in the works. Not sure when that one will come out. I also have a Bolognese dagger combat study book coming out and a book I am calling Fencing Past Decrepitude for how to help maintain your body and continue fencing. Those are the main projects.
